Mr. Stevens is certified by Project Adventure, and is thoroughly qualified to facilitate experiential learning workshops and seminars along with High Ropes Challenge Course programs. Mr. Stevens has been active in the local corporate environment for over 20 years. He is an alumnus of San Diego State University. He utilizes experiential learning strategies to increase participants’ retention and application of training material. His ability to develop rapport with a diverse audience, ask pertinent questions and facilitate trainings by invoking high quality participation has placed him in the forefront as a training consultant. Mr. Stevens’s methods are noted for enhancing individual self-esteem, igniting leadership excellence and growing the personal power inherent in each participant. This, in turn, builds better employees who interact and take supported risks in stretching outside their comfort levels to achieve the best work performance possible.
