Shorter Activities That Are Sure To Be "A Hit!" They will be left laughing and wanting more with our one hour Super Fillers: Drum Jam - everybody plays! Everybody rocks! How about Model Boat Building and racing at the pool? The Animal Game is hysterical! We have Corporate Strategy Games Galore and many more hour long games and activities to choose from. We can do it right at their hotel!
Corporate Scavenger Hunts, "Where's Elvis?", Grand Prix Race Car Building, Kayak Polo & More! - It All Adds Up to Fun!
What about 2 or 3 hours to fill? We can quickly create great events using the grounds of the hotel where the group is staying or move to a nearby park or beach. Either way, we have a host of team building programs to choose from. We have even staged scavenger hunts in the middle of downtown!
Fun & Games In The Park
Generally Half Day or All Day Programs. We explore what makes for a fullfunctioning, in-sync team by applying experiential tools (challenges and activities that allow every member of the group to fully participate in the process). Team players will discover for themselves the elements of teamwork that are working well or maybe not so well in their workgroup. It's different, engaging and fun!
The Olympic Experience
The U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista is a local treasure! Located in Chula Vista, this state-of-the-art athletic training facility covers 300 acres. Team Building participants use the same tracks, fields and sports facilities that our U.S. Olympic athletes train on. Included is lunch at the Athlete's Dining Center which is a big hit with our groups as the food is not only very healthy - it's just terrific!
The Ultimate Challenge: High Ropes Adventure
Just What is a Ropes Course? It is a series of challenges, most of which are usually pretty high up in the air! Participants are asked to look past their limiting beliefs, to take healthy risks and discover just how capable they really are. Tremendously powerful as an experience, this program has been used by literally thousands of companies as a team training and motivation tool.
